Need every advantage in the first round of the playoffs. Here's some names available that are at or near the top of the FFstarters power rankings -

Jay Feely, Graham Gano, Robbie Gould.

FFstarters has Jay Feely #1 @ Ten. Gano plays at home vs the Jets. Gould plays at Cle. Seems they all play against good defenses so I can see their offenses stalling in FG range. I think Arizona has the weaker offense, so I wonder how many FG opportunities they'll get. Gould plays against a good Cle defense but McCown can move the ball so I can see more FG attempts than Feely will get. But then there's Gano, who's kicking at home and can boot it. Carolina will keep the score low and possibly rout the Jets, so Gano might have a lot more FG attempts in his own house.

I rank Gano, Gould, then Feely, but FFstarters have it opposite. Any thoughts?

Others available are Carpenter (BUF) @ Jax (yahoo's #2 ranked K), Kai Forbath (WAS) @ Atlanta (Dome), and Janikowski at home vs the Chiefs.

here's my take: feely- he's a kicker, Gano? yup, he's a kicker. gonna check on Gould, but pretty sure he might be a kicker-- bottom line: total crapshoot- rank kickers by - dome +1, home + 1 opposing defense good +1, cooler helmet +7

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
