The formula (for use with other scoring systems like 1 pt for every 15 rush yards allowed; 1 pt for every 20 rush yards allowed; 4 points for every rush TD allowed; etc):
 

  Y/P + (T x S) = B

  B/G = F

 

  Y = Total rushing yards allowed

  P = rushing yards necessary for each 1 fantasy point

  T = rushing touchdowns allowed

  S = amount of fantasy points for each 1 rushing touchdown allowed

  B = Total amount of rushing fantasy points allowed

  G = Number of games played

  F = Rushing Fantasy Points allowed Per Game

 

Written out using the Pittsburgh Steelers, this would be:
 

Y (1004) divided by P (10) plus [T (5) multiplied by S (6)] equals B (130.4)

B (130.4) divided by G (16) equals F (8.15)
