The formula (for use with other scoring systems like 1 pt for every 15 receive yards allowed; 1 pt for every 20 receive yards allowed; 4 points for every receive TD allowed; etc):
 

  Y/P + (T x S) = B

  B/G = F

 

 Y = Total receiving yards allowed

 P = receiving yards necessary for each 1 fantasy point

 T = receiving touchdowns allowed

 S = amount of fantasy points for each 1 receiving touchdown allowed

 B = Total amount of receiving fantasy points allowed

 G = Number of games played

 F = Receiving Fantasy Points allowed Per Game

 
Written out using the Pittsburgh Steelers, this would be:
 

Y (3744) divided by P (10) plus [T (15) multiplied by S (6)] equals B (464.4)

B (464.4) divided by G (16) equals F (29.025 rounds to 29.03)
