Moore is out again. Is bell the safest bet? ---- --

I'd play Bush myself as the Eagles defense is nothing special and Bush could take a check down pass (80) yards for a TD. I'd play Rueben as none of your WR's #3 seem to stand out to me and he has the biggest upside.
