James, I usually agree with most of your recommendations, but drop Vereen for Brown?!?! Please tell me you've been drinking?!?! lol I agree with picking up Brown, but for Vereen?!?!

David, try getting Vereen back by dropping Helu.

The Pats have lost all faith in Ridley, and let's face it, he was way overrated. When Vereen comes back in week 11 (2weeks before FF playoffs) he will be a fantasy beast. The Pats have limited weapons so he will be on the field almost every snap either as a RB or WR. Trust me. He just might be the guy to put you over the top.

GL!

Yes Robert,

Why would you keep Vereen on your roster until week # 11? It does you no good keeping an injured player for ten weeks. You lose that production. And, what if he is not ready to play in week # 12? Or week # 13? Keeping any player that long is like shooting yourself in the foot. For the Patriots to have placed him on PUP means he has a very serious injury.

Think of the points you can get by having an active RB on your roster that is not hurt. And, what if you keep Vereen and then get another long term injury to one of your other starting running backs?

I think the key here is Bradshaw who has a very slim chance in staying healthy this season which means that Brown would be the starter in a potent offense.

The Pats have not lost faith in Ridley, They have no passing attack to keep the heat off him.

I waived Vereen early this week and grabbed Brown. He is my RB # 5 on my team. And guess what? No one picked Vereen up.....

James

Cheers James. I hear you but if Vereen wasn't a bench player for you already, let's be honest, your season is done. Vereen should be a RB3/4 or 5 on your team after the draft. Vereen, when he comes back in week 11, will be a RB 1/2. Just watch... :) Difference of opinion, I guess. GL
