I was looking at the score settings in my ESPN league this morning, and it seems my league is scoring points for punters this year.

Punts Inside the 10 2pts

Punts Inside the 20 1pt

Punt Average 44.0 or more 4pts

Punt Average 42.0 to 43.9 3pts

Punt Average 40.0 to 41.9 2pts

Punt Average 38.0 to 39.9 1pt

That being said, we can still only roster kickers, not punters. Can anyone think of a kicker who also handles punting duties? Do you think this scoring could be a sneaky way to sneak a couple more points out of a kicker each week? Thanks!

This sounds like a mistake in the settings that was overlooked and something I wouldn't take into consideration as it's not likely going to benefit anyone in your league.

perhaps it's a defeensive team score, as opposed to individual punter

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
