Hello, I am looking for a new league to play in. Last year was my first time playing Fantasy Football and the family league I played in doesn't seem to be going on this year so if anybody has any openings I would be glad to fill them!

The leauge I was in last year had normal scoring non ppr so I would feel more comfortable in a similar league but I am open to anything. I am just looking for a friendly league to play in. If anybody has any openings let me know. Thanks for time and have a good day

Try this. I have been playing in them for years and you don't know who you are playing against. Leagues start at $50.00 on up. It is PPR though. I like PPR more than standard leagues.

I would actually like to get to know the people I am in a league with. I am a very friendly person and don't mind getting to know a new group of people. Anybody else have any openings in thier league?

Probably have to wait and ask around in maybe a month. Usually a little slow around here in the summer

If you're looking for a face to face league with a draft where everyone gets together, you'll likely have to post your city and state. If you're looking for an online league with people you've gotten to know here, create one and post it here and invite those interested in joining.

Are you looking for a fun league or a pay league? I don't think this website really endorses any particular venue, but I know of a couple of fun leagues and minimum pay leagues if your really interested!

Sorry for the double post but I ended up joining a league on NFL.com. I joined the league hours before the draft started. My question is: isn't it a little early to draft? This is only my second year playing but I thought you draft a little closer to football season.

It depends on the league. There will be rules in place for players who are drafted and potentially get cut, allowing you to pick players up. Some owners like to watch preseason (I don't) to get an idea as to how younger players might look. Yet, those "bogus" stats dont' always tell the full story. We have see many players come through that stand out in preseason and then disappear when the regular season starts. As long as you do your homework and prep (that IS why you are on FFS, right?) you should feel confident regardless of when your draft is held.

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
