Well here we are. The first weekend of the playoffs and while these game picks aren't to be counted amongst my regular season game picks (which I will have a complete recap of the 2012 season next week), I still want to be sure to get my weekly game picks in.

Houston 31, Cincinnati 24
Green Bay 35, Minnesota 20
Baltimore 28, Indianapolis 21
Washington 21, Seattle 17

I know. I took all home teams and rarely does it work out that way. But I think the Texans have gotten their losing out of their system the last few weeks. I also think the Vikings are just outmatched by the team I see eventually in the Super Bowl from the NFC. The Ray Lewis inspirational factor will outplay the Colts Chuck Pagano inspirational factor by just a hair. And the battle between the Redskins and Seahawks could go either way. But while the Seahawks found a way to win in Chicago and prove they could go on the road and win a big game, they're travelling a bit further than that this week and facing a team that comes in just as hot as they have been.

Playoff football; I love it!

On any given Sunday any fantasy team can beat another, only to still lose Monday night.

“I am advancing to the championship game in both of my leagues and I believe a lot of the credit goes to those of you in this forum and the many tools that we have access to”. (Ron 3 year member)

“This site greatly helped me make it through this year in both my leagues and all the great help from other members thanks very much fellas!” (Courtney first year member)

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
