I hate ties. They're not a win, and they're not quite a loss. While infrequent, they are annoying for keeping track of predictions.

I went 9-4-1 in week 10. That brings me to 94-51-1 for the season. That's almost 65% and while there are only 7 weeks left, I still hold onto a slim chance of reaching the annual goal of 180 right. I just need to be lights out in my predictions the rest of the way. So, here are my week 11 NFL game predictions:

Buffalo 31, Miami 28
Atlanta 34, Arizona 24
Cincinnati 24, Kansas City 13
Dallas 24, Cleveland 20
Green Bay 35, Detroit 27
Houston 42, Jacksonville 9
St. Louis 23, NY Jets 16
Washington 26, Philadelphia 23
Tampa Bay 24, Carolina 21
New Orleans 38, Oakland 34
New England 27, Indianapolis 17
Denver 30, San Diego 20
Baltimore 24, Pittsburgh 13
San Francisco 16, Chicago 13

There you have it, my week 11 NFL game predictions.

Nailed another Survivor Pool Lock in week 10 with Seattle thumping the Jets. That makes me 8-2 on the Locks. Here are the weekly picks and results:

Week 1 (W; 27-23) Detroit over St. Louis
Week 2 (L; 18-20) New England over Arizona
Week 3 (L; 24-27) New Orleans over Kansas City
Week 4 (W; 38-14) Houston over Tennessee
Week 5 (W; 45-3) San Francisco over Buffalo
Week 6 (W; 23-20) Atlanta over Oakland
Week 7 (W; 21-14) Minnesota over Arizona
Week 8 (W; 24-15) Green Bay over Jacksonville
Week 9 (W; 31-13) San Diego over Kansas City
Week 10 (W; 28-7) Seattle over NY Jets

Staying true to Survivor Pool tradition, I won't take a team I've already used in a prior week. There are some intriguing games to choose from, and while I normally stay away from division games, there's one that just stands out to me as being the best bet. Even if it's not my biggest margin of victory of available teams, it fits my other criteria of choosing a home team over a road team. Peyton Manning has been on fire and the Chargers have been struggling since Denver came back from a nearly insurmountable deficit against them a few weeks ago. That type of demoralizing defeat has gotten into their heads. Peyton Manning has gotten into their heads. And Denver is possibly the second best team in the AFC right now.

My Survivor Pool Lock for Week 11 is: the Denver Broncos over the San Diego Chargers.

I'll take the Cowgirls at home vs the Browns. Hate going with Dallas on anything, but I will give it a shot.

Hou-W, Cinci-W, GB-L, ATl-W, Chi-W,Pitt-L,NE-W, SF-W, Det-W, Sea-W, Dal=? (8-2)

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
