If you are using IE9 then you will need to use the compatibility View option. Just click the torn paper thing at the top right of the address bar till it turns blue and then you should be good. If that ain't the problem then I'm not sure what to tell you.
 
Big thanks to Erick for having the answer on this. It may work for other browsers and/or versions of IE too, so try that if you're getting the red letters that say:
 
"Your message is empty or includes illegal content, please make sure you are not using > or < as these can be interpreted as HTML direstives."

I'm using IE9 too, but clicking the torn paper didn't work for me (tried several times).  What did work for me was clicking on Tools - click on Compatability View Settings - type (or copy & paste) "fantasyfootballstarters.com" into the "Add this website:" field (it may auto-fill), then click Add.  I also had to Select the check-box "Display all websites in compatability view."  After that, I had no problem posting in forums (obviously, or you wouldn't be reading this).  I assume the "torn-paper" icon is supposed to simulate the steps I took above, but for whatever reason didn't on my PC.  Anyway, Thanks for setting me in the right direction!!!
