Remember the generic formula:

*-Total Yards allowed divided by 10 (representing 1 point for every 10 receiving yards allowed)

*-Receiving TD's allowed multiplied by 6 (representing 6 points for every TD allowed)

*-Add the two totals together and divide by number of games played
