Ok, so its only the fourth week of the 2008 nfl season and its already crossed my mind on what I would do with my first pick in next years 2009 fantasy football draft. Watching LT and wondering if I should have taken AP in this years event, is something me and my friends will debate for a long time. The good news is we can always speculate when it comes to making NFL predictions.

Even Rus Bliss, our resident expert who has tremendous football IQ would probably change a few of his early season picks, based on the outcome of the first four weeks of this season. Every year something happens and starting with Tom Brady's bad luck in week one, its continued to get very interesting. Teams soon will be firing coaches probably Lane Kiffin and Scott Linehan this week.

Now , if you would ask me today who are some guys that will jump up on most fans 2009 fantasy football rankings, here are a 10 players to pay attention to between now and the 2009 fantasy football season:

1. AP will replace LT as the number 1 pick in most fantasy football drafts. LT is getting banged up and Sproles will take touches away from him as the chargers try and win it all.

2. Brandon Marshall, WR: Denver Broncos: He has to be a top 5 fantasy football #1 wide receiver in 2009 fantasy drafts. Cutler and him are going to be a great throw and catch tandem for a long time.

3. Ronnie Brown, RB, Miami: After 4 touchdowns in week 3 are you back or what man. That was one heck of a performance against your Patriot rivals.

4. Michael Turner, RB Atlanta: So far you have been up and down, but I have a hunch that your going to turn out ok. Look for your to be a top 15 NFL running back sometime soon

5. Brett Favre, QB New York Jets: After tossing 6 td's against the Cardinals, we have to give you props and there's no way your not a top 10 fantasy football QB for the upcoming season.

6. Steve Slaton, RB Houston Texans: You are going to be a top 10 fantasy football running back and Andre Johnson can get you there, just by his presence. Can catch the ball well and your coach will feature you.

7. Chris Johnson, RB Titans: We could very well see you as one of many rookie RB's that jump out this NFL season. Could be a top fantasy football pick (keeper leagues).

8. DeSean Jackson, WR, Eagles: Pay attention, your going to have good days and stupid days, like at Dallas to remember your rookie season. Learn from McNabb and you could be a top 25 wide receiver.

9. Eddie Royal, WR Broncos: Thats two of you in my top 10 list what does that say about the Bronco's wide receiver corp for seasons to come. You could be a 4th-6th round pick.

10. Aaron Rodgers, QB Packers: You are going to be just fine and could end up being a top 5 fantasy football QB! Thats right, all the weapons and its just going to take time. You have had two good games and now two bad ones. Stay positive.

I do have to say though, the best thing I got out of FFS was the weekly Fantasy Alerts sent directly to my email. I had a few guys compliment me on my waiver wire pickups. Another said, "You only won because of FFS."” Josh second year member
