He's not one yet. Not anywhere I've seen. However, for the purpose of speculation, I'd say Stallworth would step in and be the best WR on the team based on talent. However, this late in preseason, he'd have to learn a whole different offensive system and would likely have reduced stats, and likely fewer than Reggie Brown, for 2006 because of it.

So how will it affect Devery Hendersons value in N.O. as well as both QBs and the respective #1s

Well, now that it has gone thru (pending a physical which I expect Stallworth will pass) it brings Henderson up a bit. However, I think it has more meaning for Horn as obviously he must be ready to resume the role of #1 for NO after a season of injuries. Stallworth was challenging Horn last season as the Saints primary WR and now Horn gets it back with no question. Henderson moves into the #2 and likely has value as a borderline 3/4 fantasy WR. Bethel Johnson, Chris Horn and Mike Hass likely fight for the #3 spot, but none have much value. Effect on Brees is minimal as he never had Stallworth to throw the ball to for more than a couple of months during this offseason.
As for the Eagles, this likely means that they aren;t relying on Pinkston to be healthy for the start of the season and didn't like the idea of Lewis/Baskett/Avant starting opposite Brown. Stallworth provides a deep threat as he has great speed and while it may take him a while to get the offense down, fly and post patterns are pretty standard. Biggest effect on McNabb will be having a guy who can go deep as no one on the team is proven in that capacity. But this isn't like he added a top of the line WR, he added one who has problems staying healthy throughout his career and who has to learn the offense.

Wow! Does this mean he will be the go to guy after a few weeks in Philly? I drafted him as a number three?
