I'm a pretty astute computer guy both mac and PC and it definatley wasn't a driver issue, I just listened to a video on Facebook and I get other streams so I'm not sure what the dealy-o is. Simon if you want both Russ and Jeff now how to contact me directly and I'll be happy to toubleshoot it live if you like. If you want feel free to contact me through them...I'll serve as a westside trouble shooter! May be a one time deal but as i recall I was having issue last year as well.
