I think you can't go wrong with choosing either Gio or Allen. Vereen is a more risk/ high reward guy but he gets his points mainly from PPR. James 07/22/14 15:48
Since you have to start only one RB then there will be a lot more depth at the position. I have been playing in a two QB league for over 15 years and almost, but not always, the team with the best two QB's wins it. For me it all depends on what players go before you. The lack of PPR somewhat devalues McCoy and Charles. AP might be sitting there looking at you at the third pick. But he is on a horrible team and on the downside of his brilliant career. I think if Manning, Brees, or Rodgers is there I grab one of them. If it were PPR, I would take MCCoy or Charles over a QB. The other factor is that RB's tend to get injured more than QB's. QB is the safer pick. James 07/22/14 15:43
Has to be Dez and Forte. With doing that, you get two # 1 PPR anchors at different postions. James 07/21/14 16:06
McCoy will not be a stretch since he will be in a hurry up offense creating more plays for him and mediocre receivers in Philly forcing Foles to use the Rb's as receivers. Lacy won't be a stretch and is the bell cow back in Green Bay. Murray is going to have a great year behind a much improved line and Romo will throw more short passes to rb's then he ever has to save his back from injury. Ball will be a bell cow in Denver unless he starts fumbling and is playing in a hurry up offense like McCoy. He has more value in PPR though. Let's assume this is 1 pt per ten yards passing and receiving. Scoring system makes a difference in this question. L. Bell will be another workhorse back. Most leagues start 2 wr's and 2 rb's or 2 rb's and 3 wr's. If you wait until round 5 to draft a rb, your in trouble in re-draft leagues unless you have some great keepers. I have seen many people not drafting running backs until round 4 or 5 this season. It was not pretty. And what about Foster? Everyone is forgetting what he can do when healthy. He could dominate once again. In your scoring system you could get away with it only if you had a great rb as a keeper. But what if he goes down to injury? I will tell you who a big sleeper this year and that is Jennings in New York. I still think the best way to draft a team is to have power balance in the Rb and WR groups. It protects you against the injury bug. 07/19/14 14:27

“I have been playing fantasy football for 4 years and before I never made the playoffs with other service I had, but with you guys I was high point total last year and won it all and this year high point again. I owe it all too you guys” Kevin first year member

“I have been a member for the past 2 years. Last year I placed 3rd and this year...well I am the 2009 League Champ! I do have to say though, the best thing I got out of FFS was the weekly Fantasy Alerts sent directly to my email. I had a few guys compliment me on my waiver wire pickups. Another said, "You only won because of FFS."” Josh second year member
